Space.com says August 21st the moon will completely blot out the sun for people in 12 states – including Kentucky – something that has not happened in nearly 400 years!

The 70-mile-wide path extends through South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho and Oregon.
